Q: Do I need to flip or rotate my mattress?

We are one the very few manufacturers that manufacture FULLY REVERSIBLE mattresses so you can enjoy both sides of the mattress allowing even wearing and making your mattress last.We do offer one sided mattresses which are built from the ground up with specialised support layers at the bottom and comfort layers on top. This range do not require you to flip your mattress. However, we do recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months to ensure even wear and maximise its lifespan.

How do I know which firmness level is right for me?

Choosing the right firmness depends on your primary sleep position:

Side Sleepers: Generally prefer our Plush or Medium-Soft models to relieve pressure on the shoulders and hips.
Back Sleepers: Usually do best with a Medium to Medium-Firm mattress for balanced lower back support.
Stomach Sleepers: Typically need a Firm mattress to keep their spine properly aligned throughout the night.

Will my new mattress have a chemical smell (off-gassing)?

No. Our Mattresses are made in Australia using all new Australian made materials and do NOT arrive in boxed or rolled form.

How do I clean and care for my mattress?

We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to keep your bed safe from spills and stains. If you need to clean the mattress itself, spot clean only using mild detergent and cold water. Do not remove the mattress cover or put it in the washing machine.
